Principal's Message
Hello Merrill Families,
I want to thank you all for your patience and understanding as we made the switch to Model 4 - Virtual Learning last week. All the Merrill staff appreciates all the work you are doing to help your children stay connected to us virtually. Keep being amazing!
It is definitely starting to feel and look like fall outside. Once we return to the Model 3 - Hybrid Learning, don't forget to have students layer up on clothing and bring jackets for recess times. If you are need of warmer clothes, don't forget to check out our Clothing Closet Grab on Wednesdays from 2:30-3:30 pm. It is located outside by Door 8 on Kentucky St. Please park in one of the parking lots.
Enjoy the changing colors of fall and stay safe. We are looking forward to all our students returning soon.

Attendance Procedures
During Model 4: Virtual Learning it is important that you still call in if your child is ill or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. If anyone living in your house tests positive for COVID-19 we need to know as well.
Please call (920) 424-0420 if your child is going to be absent for that school day. Please make this call before 8 AM. If your child is leaving for an appointment during the school day please also call in so we can have your child ready and at Door 7 for you to pick them up.
Virtual Attendance Matters!
During Model 4 classes are learning new material daily! Please be sure to be attending ALL Google meets and be completing your work. We know the transition between the different Models can be a challenge but we are here to help in anyway we can. We miss seeing your smiles around the building and look forward to when we get to see them again! Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Picture Day
Picture Days have been postponed. More information will follow when we return to Model 3: Hybrid Learning.
If you have already used the prepay option please know that the money will be applied to your students pictures when we reschedule.
Here is the link for parents to order pictures and pre-pay online for them. This option is the best as it alleviates having more physical contact and lets parents order directly from their homes.
Merrill Elementary - School Picture Pre-Pay Option
Or click here for the PDF order form for you to print off and send with your child on picture day. We also will be sending these forms home closer to Picture Day.
